Apartment Tour!

Every six months we are due for an apartment inspection, probably to check that we're not hoarding cats or something. In an effort to make them think we are super clean people, I did a deep clean the day before our inspection. Side note: I can't believe we've lived in this apartment for 6 months already! Anyway, I realized I haven't really given an apartment tour on the blog, other than an update when we first moved in. So, here is the official tour!

A little peek inside our teeny tiny home:
The kitchen, complete with a Minnesota tea towel and the smallest fridge I've ever seen. Many apartment kitchens here are just along one wall to save space-no island! At first I thought we could never survive with so little counter space but it actually prevents us from making too big of a mess, which is nice.
The "dining room" and half of the living room, courtesy of IKEA.
Another view of the super-spacious dining area and door.
The living room featuring the most comfortable couch ever and an abundance of LACK furniture (again, thanks IKEA) .
View from the couch.
Bedroom!
The mirrored closet and our view. The wall of windows in the bedroom is my favorite feature of our apartment!
And lastly, the bathroom.

As you can see, we haven't done much decorating. I want to hang a few things on the walls still, but you get the general idea. Even though it's tiny, we love our apartment and our building as a whole- couldn't ask for better amenities or location!

  6. Thanks for giving us a tour of your apartment. It seems that you have maintained it quite well. The great thing about apartments is that they are compact, and are therefore efficient in terms of space. All the better to keep them clean, and to really make them a place for comfort. Cheers!

  7. Your apartment is so neat and beautiful. Having just enough appliances and furniture made it look more spacious. It seems to be more pleasant with those stunning glass walls. How's the view up there? I bet it's amazing. Hahaha! In any way, thanks for that lovely tour, Laura! All the best to you!
